EGR system (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

EGR is a process that directs part of the engine’s exhaust gas into the engine’s intake system, where it mixes with fresh air and enters the cylinder for combustion. Lowering the combustion temperature in the combustion chamber reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and also helps improve combustion efficiency. The integrated molding technology of the lost wax casting process can effectively reduce the welding and processing costs of the EGR system and realize the precise operation of the sensor monitoring components.

Chips produces castings, including flanges, exhaust pipes, mainfolds, connectors, sensor bosses, etc.

Material: 3 series stainless steel, 4 series stainless steel, and can also be customized with patented components to adjust the material.
